D.L. 23/07/2021, N. 105 - Misure urgenti per fronteggiare l'emergenza epideomiologica da COVID-19
Con D.L. 23/7/2021, n. 105 sono state introdotte nuove misure urgenti per fronteggiare l'emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19. In particolare si evidenzia che all'art. 1 del predetto Decreto è prevista la proroga della dichiarazione dello stato di emergenza nazionale fino al 31 dicembre 2021. L'art. 3, invece, prevede l'impiego delle certificazioni verdi Covid-19, a far data dal 6 agosto 2021, in zona bianca per l'accesso a servizi ed attività consentite.
